With over 24 years of experience in the technology field, I am a seasoned expert in digital strategy & Governance,  transformation, Enterprise Architecture, portfolio management, program management and service delivery. I have successfully implemented Digital Strategy helping organizations to prioritize Technology investments to scale up Digital Capabilities and also managed BRM, IT PMOs, Application Development and Service Delivery Teams, Strategic Technology roadmaps and related digital transformation strategy and governance for Government and  Banking Sectors in the UAE region and worldwide, managing complex and large-scale projects and implementations across various domains, platforms with onsite/remote teams across different countries using different Emerging Technologies.

My most recent roles as Digital Strategy, Governance & Innovation Expert for the UAE Government and Banking Sectors, allows me to create/research,  benchmark and lead implementatio of new Solutions and lead the Business and IT  Enterprise Transformation in federal and municipal entities, overseeing Digital Innovation function ( Strategy, Governance, Performance KPIs ), the business requirements, procurement, finance, planning, delivery and EUX with operationalization of different cloud solutions, ERP migration and transformation, and e-government applications. I also have extensive experience in software development & engineering, application management, IT strategy, governance and compliance,  difference implementation methodologies, and hold a few technical certifications.
