I currently serve as the Head of IT Operations at Media One Hotel, where my responsibilities encompass a diverse range of essential tasks. At the core of my role is the continuous advancement of our technological infrastructure. This involves identifying and implementing innovative solutions tailored to enhance the hotel's operations, from streamlining processes to optimizing cost-efficiency.
